Terrence McPartland is our new property manager and came on board in August of 2024.
His assistant is Laura Rangel. Please add her to any emails to management.

Clubhouse Resident Use |
Clubhouse is open to residents Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 6pm-12am.
Effective 2/1/24 the clubhouse is open to all residents on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 10am-10pm.
You will need your fob to gain access to the clubhouse. Check the website for blocked off dates for meetings/events and rentals.
Reminder to cleanup and be respectful of others. |

Cornell Cooperative Tick Presentation 5/22 and 5/25 6:30pm |
Dear Homeowners, Tamson from Cornell Cooperative Extension will be doing a presentation on Monday, May 22nd AND Thursday, May 25th at 6:30pm at the clubhouse. It is important to attend one of the two dates. Our best protection against tick bites & illnesses is education. We look forward to seeing you there! Your Board of Directors |

Coventry Manor would like to announce that installation of Solar Panels is now permitted. Standards for making a request are located in our architectural standards under documents and forms. REMEMBER: Solar Panels do REQUIRE an architectural request.

A Friendly Reminder to all Homeowners
As per your By Laws, ARTICLE XIV titled books and records:
The books, records and papers of the Association shall at all times, during reasonable business hours, be subject to inspection by any member. The Declaration, the Certificate of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Association shall be available for inspection by any member at the principal office of the of the Association, where copies may be purchased at a reasonable cost. |
