Checks should be made to Coventry Homeowners Association, Inc. which is also listed on your monthly statement. Please include the remittance slip with your payments and make sure to include the account number found on your statement in the "note/for" section of your check or your Online Bill Pay settings. Your account number begins with a lower case "t".
Register to Pay Online With ClickPay!
As of March 24, 2021, we have changed the ONLINE PAYMENT option to ClickPay. Through this platform, you can make one-time payments or set up recurring payments online with American Express and other major credit cards or debit cards for a transaction fee. Or, you can pay by e-check (ACH) from a bank account for free. The transaction fees are as follows: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover credit cards are 3.5% of the total. VISA Debit, Mastercard Debit, AMEX Prepaid, and Discover Debit are $3.00 for every $100.00. Again, there is no transaction fee if paying by e-check (ACH). To use ClickPay, you will need to create a profile/account -- to set up your account:
- Click here: ClickPay | Online Payments to go to the secure Client Portal for Alexander Wolf (https://login.clickpay.com/alexanderwolf).
- Click "Register Here" to set up your account. You will need to connect your account with your Unit# using the account number found on your monthly statement begininng with the letter "t".
- Once you have set up your profile/account, you can then set up your payment options of one-time payments, recurring payments, or e-check (ACH) from your bank account.
