IMPORTANT CHANGES ABOUT PAY ONLINE FEATURE!
 
If you have set up AUTO PAY here, please contact your bank as soon as possible to cancel your AUTO PAY on your credit or debit card.  The PAY ONLINE feature has been deactivated. 
 
On March 24, we will begin using CLICK PAY where you will set up your account to pay your common charges via credit card, debit card or by e-check.  More information about how to create your account on CLICK PAY will be mailed to all homeowners.  To read about its features, click here.
 
If you have already mailed your check to the Brattleboro, VT address, your payment will be forwarded to the new management company, Alexander Wolf.  

If you haven't paid your March payment yet, we ask that you wait until you receive your March statement/bill from them.  If you cannot pay with a paper check, we ask you to wait until the CLICK PAY feature is set up to pay by credit or debit card or e-check. 
 
If for any reason, your payment doesn't go through, please wait until you receive your April statement.  While we make this transition, no late fees will be incurred for accounts that have been up-to-date.
