We do ENCOURAGE all homeowners to use the work order form feature on the website to communicate with management and the board for all questions, comments, concerns or requests.

HOA dues INCREASE EFFECTIVE 3/1/26
REMINDER:
Your HOA dues increase effective March 1, 2025 to $395.00 per month
If you have automatic payments and use Klick and Pay please adjust the amount with your bank.
All payments must be received and cleared by the 15th of the month to avoid a $25.00 late fee.

Clubhouse Resident Use
Clubhouse is open to residents Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 6pm-12am.
 
Effective 2/1/24 the clubhouse is open to all residents on Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 10am-10pm.
You will need your fob to gain access to the clubhouse. Check the website for blocked off dates for meetings/events and rentals.
Reminder to cleanup and be respectful of others. 

Clubhouse Rental FEE
Please make note as of March 1, 2025 clubhouse rentals are now $400. All documents have been uploaded under documents and forms. Thank you.

Juniper Court Power Washing
April 13, 2026
Subject: Upcoming Power Washing & Painting – Juniper Court
Dear Juniper Court Residents,
Greenview Properties would like to inform you that the community power washing and painting project is
scheduled to begin on May 12th.
CertaPro will be onsite to perform this work.
What you need to know:
• All homeowners must ensure their unit is in ready condition prior to the start date
• Any repairs to siding, trim, or exterior surfaces must be completed in advance
• Please remove or relocate any personal items (furniture, decorations, etc.) from exterior areas to allow
full access
• Contractors will not be able to prep or paint areas that are obstructed or not properly maintained
As a reminder, exterior modifications and repairs fall under the Association’s architectural standards and
require proper upkeep by the homeowner. Ensuring your unit is ready helps avoid delays and ensures a uniform
finish throughout the court.
Additional details and scheduling specifics will be provided as the project approaches.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the appearance and quality of the community.

Cornell Cooperative Tick Presentation 5/22 and 5/25 6:30pm
Dear Homeowners,
Tamson from Cornell Cooperative Extension will be doing a presentation on Monday, May 22nd AND Thursday, May 25th at 6:30pm at the clubhouse. It is important to attend one of the two dates. Our best protection against tick bites & illnesses is education. We look forward to seeing you there!

Coventry Manor would like to announce that installation of Solar Panels is now permitted. Standards for making a request are located in our architectural standards under documents and forms. REMEMBER: Solar Panels do REQUIRE an architectural request.

The Association Books & Records
A Friendly Reminder to all Homeowners
As per your By Laws, ARTICLE XIV titled books and records:
The books, records and papers of the Association shall at all times, during reasonable business hours, be subject to inspection by any member. The Declaration, the Certificate of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Association shall be available for inspection by any member at the principal office of the of the Association, where copies may be purchased at a reasonable cost.
