The Annual Meeting of members of Coventry Homeowner’s Association and election for its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the Clubhouse. This meeting is for homeowners and their family members only. There will be a checklist at the gate.
VOTING BY PROXY: If you cannot attend the meeting, or are not sure if you will be able to, you may send in your proxy to our management company. Simply check off the name of the HOA Secretary, Lindsay Jennings, select up to four candidates, and drop off or mail your ORIGINAL signed and dated proxy to our management company, LIMS, 872 Middle Country Road, Suite 7, St. James, NY 11780. All proxies must be received at the office of our management company, LIMS, no later than 12:00 pm on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. If you have misplaced or lost your proxy, please call LIMS (631-724-2424, M-F, 8am-4pm) for a replacement.
You may also give your proxy to another Coventry Manor HOA homeowner who will be attending the meeting; be sure to write their name in the appropriate space as your proxy. These proxies must be turned in at the sign in desk on Wednesday, August 22, 2018.
In the event you sent in your proxy and you do attend the meeting in time to vote in person, your in-person vote will count as your official vote.

In order to conduct the business of the Association and hold the election, we need a quorum of 89 members attending in person or by proxy vote. In the event we do not have enough to hold the election, the current Board will stand for another year, and next year, eight seats would be up for re-election. So please do your part, and be sure to vote – in person or by proxy!
