Homeowners can obtain their 2017 Pool Pass validation stickers or Pool Pass for new residents or lost cards. For new cards, please bring a 1"w x 1-1/4" h photo for each person who will be issued a card -- proof of residency required.

May 20 - 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
After these dates, you will need to send a request through the website (DOCUMENTS & FORMS) or mail your form and photo to LIMS.
