Michael L. Williams, PE, from R&W Engineers, PC, will be there to present the findings of the study requested by the Board of Directors to assess the conditions of the homes/buildings in our Community.  In addition, R&W developed the RFP and solicited five bids for converting all of the homes in Coventry Manor to vinyl siding, and this will be discussed as well.
